NAIL at the British and Irish Law, Education and Technology Association (BILETA) Annual Conference 2026, held at Aberystwyth University.
Our PhD Candidate Maxwell IGWEOGU, alongside Principal Investigators Adekemi Omotubora (PhD) and Oladipupo Sennaike, co-presented their ongoing research, "Bridging the Gender Gap in AI: A Techno-Legal Approach to Mitigating Bias in Nigeria." The conference was also an opportunity for meaningful connection. Our PIs, Dr. Omotubora and Dr. Sennaike, caught up with Prof. Subhajit Basu, a distinguished Fellow at the Nigeria AI Research Lab.
